Five Star Physical Therapy, Inc. celebrated our 1 year anniversary on Saturday, February 21, 2009. Our patients, families, and friends enjoyed good food and fellowship at our annual pig pickin.

Company history
Founded as a corporation in October 2007, Five Star Physical Therapy, Inc.  came to fruition in February 2008 after construction of a brand new office space and set-up of state of the art medical and exercise equipment.
